Our store is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm. Here's how it works and what you can expect:

How Click and Collect Service Works:

• Start Checkout: Shop online at toolforce.ie and add your desired items to your cart.
• Select Click and Collect: During checkout, choose Click and Collect as your delivery method.
• Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming that your order has been received successfully.
• Order Ready Notification: Once your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive an "Order Completed" email.
• Collect Your Order: Head to our J3 store at The Yard, 100 Glen Road, Maghera, BT46 5TE.

Important Details:

• Processing Time: While we strive to process orders before 2pm the same-day, however Click and Collect is not available for all items. If your item is in stock at our main store, it may be available for same-day collection. Please wait for the "Order Completed" email before coming to collect your items.
• Store Location and Hours: Pick up your order at our Maghera store, open 5 days a week:Monday to Friday: 8am - 5:30pm

• Order Holding Period: We will hold your order for 14 days. If not collected within this period, the items will be returned to stock and your order will be refunded.

Refunds
