Click and Collect

At J3 Tools, we are excited to offer our convenient Click and Collect service, allowing you to shop online and pick up your order at our store in Maghera, BT46 5JE. This service is totally free of charge, and designed to make your shopping experience easier and more efficient, allowing you to pick up your order at a time that suits you. Our store is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm. Here's how it works and what you can expect:

How Click and Collect Service Works:

• Start Checkout: Shop online at www.J3tools.com and add your desired items to your cart.
• Select Click and Collect: During checkout, choose Click and Collect as your delivery method.
• Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming that your order has been received successfully.
• Order Ready Notification: Once your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive an "Order Completed" email.
• Collect Your Order: Head to our J3 store at The Yard, 100 Glen Road, Maghera, BT46 5TE.

Important Details:

• Processing Time: While we strive to process orders before 2pm the same-day, however Click and Collect is not available for all items. If your item is in stock at our main store, it may be available for same-day collection. Please wait for the "Order Completed" email before coming to collect your items.

• Store Location and Hours: Pick up your order at our Maghera store, open 5 days a week:
  • Monday to Friday: 8am - 5:30pm
    
• Contact Us for Urgent Needs: If you need your items the same day, call us at 028 7964 5581 to check stock availability prior to placing your order.
• Order Holding Period: We will hold your order for 14 days. If not collected within this period, the items will be returned to stock and your order will be refunded.
