How Click and Collect Service Works:

• Start Checkout: Shop online at toolforce.ie and add your desired items to your cart.
• Select Click and Collect: During checkout, choose Click and Collect as your delivery method.
• Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming that your order has been received successfully.
• Order Ready Notification: Once your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive an "Order Completed" email.
• Collect Your Order: Head to our J3 store at The Yard, 100 Glen Road, Maghera, BT46 5TE.

Important Details:

• Processing Time: While we strive to process orders before 2pm the same-day, however Click and Collect is not available for all items. If your item is in stock at our main store, it may be available for same-day collection. Please wait for the "Order Completed" email before coming to collect your items.
• Store Location and Hours: Pick up your order at our Maghera store, open 5 days a week:Monday to Friday: 8am - 5:30pm

• Order Holding Period: We will hold your order for 14 days. If not collected within this period, the items will be returned to stock and your order will be refunded.

Return Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Eligible Returns

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not returned within 28 days, or if it is not in its original condition.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
